Chicken Tikka is a Chicken Dish originating in the Indian subcontinent during the Mughal era. The dish is popular in India, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Chicken malai tikka makes for a lip-smacking food-on-a-stick that is perfect to serve as appetizers at bbq parties or with cocktails. -
Ingredients
* Boneless Chicken Breast or Thigh
* Ginger-Garlic Paste
* Raw Papaya Paste
* Cheddar Cheese, Grated
* Greek Yogurt
* Heavy Cream
* White Pepper Powder
* Green Chilies, Minced
* Corn Flour
* Cooking Oil
* Lemon or Lime, Wedges
* Cilantro or Mint, for Garnish
* Salt

Cooking Procedure
Step 1: Prep all the ingredients
Step 2: Mix the marinade ingredients with a spoon and put the chicken pieces in it.
Step 3: Thread the chicken onto wooden or metal skewers.
Step 4: Grill or bake the skewers.
Step 5: Brush the cooked skewers with some extra oil or butter and serve hot with lemon wedges and green chutney.
